Pian del Nasso (main building)

watermill The central building of the real estate Pian del Nasso is an old mansion, probably older than the old water mill. The arched stable (now kitchen area) is estimated to be built by monks between 1500 and 1550. On ancient maps the "Regione Pian del Nasso" or "Località Pian del Nasso" was already mentioned. "Nasso" stands for a big rounded river stone, so the name Pian del Nasso is connected to the flat valley with stones between the two little rivers (Rio Madonna and Rio Cravi). During renovations, between 2000 and 2002, we tried to preserve these authentic elements allowing modernization to today's standards for all utilities. The mansion is the center of the real estate with the other buildings surrounding it.

Ground floor level

Entrance, bathroom (toilet, bidet, basin), little cantina and kichenstorage room all with cotto floor tiling and floorheating. Double bedroom with connected bathroom (shower, basin, toilet) all with cotto floor tiling and floorheating. Livingroom (with closed fireplace) and fully equiped kitchen (old arched part with ancient brickwork), lucerna floor tiling and floorheating. Covered portico with arches and lucerna floor tiling and outside terraces.

First floor level

Staircase and first floor: cotto tiling  with central heating. Apartment with bedroom, bathroom (shower, 2x basin, toilet, bidet), fully equiped kitchen, living/dining area (with extra wood stove) and outside staircase with outside terrace. Linen/storage room (or bedroom), stairway, library/atelier/storage room, double bedroom, master bedroom (double)with walk in closet, spacious bathroom (shower, bath tub, toilet, bidet, 2x wash basin - total finishing in marble). Utility room for heating and washing.

Extra infrastructure

Stable (2 x 66m2) used for storage and tooling with open hay loft (to be renovated) and extra covered portico (25 m2).
Stone wood oven in little buiding.
Chestnut drying shed with little garage.
Swimming pool 12x5 with poolhouse, terraces and solar heating.
Central parking at entrance.
Pozzo (water well); registered water collector for vegetable garden.
